ASM offers management programs that are oriented with the industry expectations. The program spans 2 years and is spread across 4 semesters and offers dual specialization from among Finance, Marketing, Systems, Human Resource and International Business Management. The first two semesters lays the foundation in basic functional areas of management and the last two semesters focus on providing a deeper knowledge in the chosen areas of specializations. Students are required to complete a minor and major project as part of their curriculum in which they identify gaps and problems that exist in various organizations and give recommendations to counter these issues after elaborate analysis and study.
This whole process including problem identification, objective formation, data collection, detailed data analysis, findings and recommendations is closely guided by the faculty in an effort to bring value addition to the organization as well as to the students. Daily sessions are conducted for public speaking, news discussions and soft skill training. Students also celebrate festivals and important occasions with much pomp and splendor. Student internships and placements have been in reputed companies like BEML, CIAL, Coca-Cola, Malabar Cements, KINFRA, Accenture, IBM, Skoda, KPMG etc. in addition to our own sister concerns within Ahalia Group. Students also venture into entrepreneurship and startups of their own. ASM continues to work towards promoting excellence in management and effectively train future decision makers of the society who will be able to ensure sustainable growth in industry and community
